Order of Merlin offers the following RETURN POLICY:
You may return an item for exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 20 days of the shipping date. (30 days for International orders.) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (If your order was under a Free Shipping offer and you return the order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of sending it to you.) Item must be unused and in original packaging. All items in blister packs (example: glasses, goggles, Quidditch accessory kits, makeup kits, etc.) can only be returned if UNOPENED. Sorry, but we can not accept items that have been opened and resealed. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Damaged or defective merchandise will be replace with no additional shipping cost to you.

Our online service is set up to take orders within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. For other international orders please e-mail us for postage rates and instructions. You can also see more information about shipping on our FAQ page.

Please note, if you order by Express mail, which requires a signed receipt, and you do not claim the order, we will refund the order when it comes back to us, minus the shipping cost of sending it to you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE LEGALLY SENT TO YOUR COUNTRY. IF THE MERCHANDISE IS REFUSED BY CUSTOMS AND IS RETURNED TO US IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED. IF CUSTOMS DESTROYS THE SHIPMENT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE MERCHANDISE. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TARIFFS IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY.
